Executive Coaching is a process of face to face and phone conversations designed to enhance leadership capacities in the workplace. Either provided by the corporation or sought by the leader privately, executive coaching is often the most powerful training experience of a leader’s professional life. A certified executive coach/ licensed psychologist brings her expertise to the guide the leader toward his goals. Typical leadership coaching issues include: enhancing executive demeanor, strategic delegation, and talent assessment. Organizational turnover and managing up to new leadership are other relevant issues. The coach plan is developed and weekly meetings, often by phone, are established. Coaching is generally designed to last 6-12 months.
