“To insure good health: eat lightly, breathe deeply, live moderately, cultivate cheerfulness, and maintain an interest in life.”
– William Louden

My goal is to give individuals the tools they need to enhance wellness. Health is not simply the absence of illness; it is the balance of our physical, emotional, spiritual, and relational well-being. As a psychologist, my purpose is to help you find that balance. The integration of the full person leads to vigorous health, strong relationships, and robust living.

From a client who experienced biofeedback training:

Biofeedback with Ken has helped my chronic illness become more manageable. He has given me skills which I have incorporated into my everyday life which have helped me sleep better and manage my pain.

Furthermore, Ken has helped educate me and guide me in the right direction about my challenges in life.
