“Pain pushes you, sometimes gently, sometimes forcefully, but always in the direction of healing and growth.” – Amy Dean

Adolescence is the roller coaster ride of parenthood. Understanding how it works are the tracks that keep the ride together. That’s where I come in. I facilitate deep, powerful, and restorative conversations that equip adolescents and families to understand themselves and each other. A person feels better when she or he is known, understood, and respected. My goal is to improve the self-confidence and problem-solving skills that unlock the door to one’s true identity.
